Carlton Group Marketing $250m Portfolio in Stamford, CT

RFR Holding has tapped Carlton Group to market a $250 million property portfolio in Stamford, CT.

The portfolio contains four properties, two office buildings, an office/apartment building and a multi-family development property. The three existing buildings combine for 717,000 square feet of office space and 106 apartments. The office occupancy rate is currently 88%.

Investors may bid on the entire portfolio or a percentage stake. RFR is also willing to consider offers on individual properties, but would prefer to sell all four to a single buyer. Interested investors should contact the Carlton Group for more details.

Property Details

These properties are clustered near the high-end Stamford Town Center Mall in the city’s central business district. They’re within walking distance of the Stamford Transportation Center, which offers direct access to Manhattan.

300 Atlantic Street

  • Tenants include PricewaterhouseCoopers, law firm Shipman and Goodwin, K2 Advisors and Astoria Generating

201 Broad Street

  • Office and residential building
  • 242,000 square feet of office space with 65% leased
  • 106 apartment units at 95% occupancy

177 Broad Street

  • 196,000 square foot office bulding
  • 96% occupied
  • Tenants include Indeed.com, RVI Group and law firm Murtha Cullina

Atlantic Street Development Site

  • Undeveloped property that could accommodate an apartment complex with 345 units
