Over the past five years, Carlton Group transactions include a $807 million fixed-rate, ten-year interest only mortgage for 11 Madison Avenue, a $775 million ten-year, fixed-rate interest only mortgage for State Street Financial Center in Boston, a $600 million debt and equity deal (as well as an $815 million refinancing) for 701 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan, and a $400 million construction loan for 432 Park Avenue (which will be the tallest residential tower in the world upon completion).
