Capitalization: Carlton acted as the exclusive capital advisor for this Donald Trump project, in which we were able to arrange the $335 million construction and mezzanine loan financing for the ground- up development of this luxury, 46-story, 391 unit condominium- hotel. This 385,000 square foot project was the first of its kind in the exclusive and highly desirable SoHo section of Manhattan, as the neighborhood has some of the most regulated development restrictions throughout the entire city as per its historic nature.
