The Carlton Group has arranged an equity recapitalization for the $781 million Brooklyn Tower on behalf of JDS Development Group. This downtown Brooklyn mixed-use development includes market and affordable rental apartments, condos and retail. This is Brooklyn’s first super-tall building as well as the tallest tower in New York City outside of Manhattan.
