We exclusively represented the owner of this iconic asset and simultaneously arranged the sale and joint venture of one of South Beach’s best known hotel assets. In addition to arranging the capital for this historic transaction Carlton also conducted a worldwide branding selection process accessing various 5-star brands to work with the owner to reposition one of South Beaches most notable hospitality properties. The sale price was recorded as the highest price for a hotel in 2013.
