Arranged a joint venture between a major insurance company (who put up 95% of the equity) and a local developer to acquire and construct a ground-up, 50-story, luxury apartment tower on the bay in San Francisco. In addition, Carlton also arranged a $125 million construction loan from a balance sheet lender.
