12 Water’s Edge condos up for auction

Twelve lender-owned units that are part of a luxury condominium project in Jacksonville Beach are scheduled to go up for auction.
The oceanfront Water’s Edge is a six-story building completed in 2006 with 17 units.
Eleven of the units to be auctioned are 2,100 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths and the 12th unit is 3,650 square feet with four bedrooms.
The units are among 20 assets being auctioned off in Florida and Nevada by Carlton Exchange.
The indicative bid date for the $188 million portfolio is June 4.
