CSV Investment Management (“CSVIM” or the “Company”) provides real estate investment management services, advising on both 1031 exchange and direct real estate investments on behalf of its clients. CSVIM manages separate accounts, and may also raise and manage commingled real estate investment funds for high-net-worth and institutional investors. Its investor client base is diverse and presently includes wealthy individuals, family offices and financial advisors, among others.

CSVIM professionals have extensive experience in the acquisition and asset management of all property types, with focus on office, hotel, multifamily/residential, retail and industrial properties. The mandate is to preserve capital and achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns. The Company works closely with its clients on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis on direct real estate investment strategies that are tailored to clients’ needs, whether for 1031 tax deferred exchanges or investment portfolio allocations to real estate.
