- $1.5 Million Mezzanine Loan Secured by a NNN Leased Industrial Property: The Property consists of 129,660 sq. ft. of industrial space. The property is 100% occupied by a NNN credit tenant that was built to suit subsidiary headquarters for a publicly traded S&P A rated company. The performing mezzanine loan has a DSCR of 1.22x.
