Co-Developer for NJ Multifamily Opportunity Zone Projects

The Carlton Group represents an entrepreneurial sponsor with a pipeline of off-market sites in East Orange and Jersey City to develop multifamily projects. They are seeking a partner to co-develop and co-invest in the projects, preferably on a programmatic basis. Several of these projects are teed up and can close quickly. You will benefit from their proprietary relationships with the local government and religious groups who are selling some of these sites.

One of these projects is a 6+ acre site zoned for the development of more than 800 multifamily units which will transform this area near the intersection of I-280 and the Garden State Parkway.
